Manage and maintain incoming new account leads to NTW through affiliated websites from potential customers. Through careful verification and validation of businesses we aim to protect NTW/TBC from exposure to fraud.
NTW INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE I
Responsabilidades
Receive New Account Leads:
Make contact and gain information needed to understand the inquirer’s business.
Verify information through the use of internet resources such as BBB, Google, etc.
If inquirer fits the criteria NTW requires, start the new account set up process.
Leads recordkeeping:
Accurately capture daily activity details and all customer contact information via Salesforce.com.
Alignment with New Accounts and Credit Team.
Clear communication on application process and credit status.
Clear communication with BDM and DC managers regarding set up completion and service availability.
NTW INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE I
Requerimientos
Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Proficient and Professional communication skills via the telephone.
Ability to learn and become proficient with technology tools: SalesForce.com, TIPS, QlikView, SAP, & MS Office.
Automotive or tire experience (preferred).
Professional appearance and communication skills.
100% Onsite work.
Ability to speak advanced English is required.
Use of computer keyboard and monitor required daily.
